GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

By placing an order it is implied that you accept our terms and conditions as listed below:

PRICING

We reserve the right, without prior notice, to discontinue products or change specifications and prices on products. Prices always refer to one unit and exclude VAT and transport.

PAYMENT

The order will only be valid after receiving 50% of the total amount. The order will only be sent after the reception of the remaining 50% of the total amount.

ORDER CANCELLATION

The cancelation of orders in progress determines the loss of the 50% of the total amount already paid.

WARRANTY

Cristina Jorge de Carvalho – Furniture Collection provides a two year warranty from the delivery date in relation to manufacturing and material faults. This must always be documented through an original sales invoice /receipt. Cristina Jorge de Carvalho – Furniture Collection cannot be held responsible for damages caused by incorrect, inappropriate or careless use of delivered goods.

PRODUCT STANDARDS

Every piece is hand crafted. Although best efforts are made to maintain uniformity, slight variations may occur.

PROPERTY RIGHTS

Every right of design, remains fully property of Cristina Jorge de Carvalho – Living In Serenity Design de Interiores Lda

DISPUTE

In case of dispute, only the Judicial Court of Lisbon is competent. All our agreements are submitted to Portuguese law.
