SHIPPING & DELIVERY
The delivery will only occur after a period of 8/ 10 weeks, always depending on stock and quantities confirmation.
For pieces with custom specifications or orders of large quantities we reserve the right to agree with the customer on a time of delivery.
The cancelation of orders in progress determines the loss of the 50% of the total amount already paid.
All pieces of CJC collection are carefully packed according to the nobility of the materials and fragility of them in order to protect the pieces during any type of transport (Sea or Air).
Transport not included. The type of incoterm to be defined when ordering with the customer.
We reserve the right to agree with the customer the shipping costs according to the customer’s needs.
Internationally shipped items may be subject to customs duties and sales or Value Added Tax (VAT) set by the country of destination. These fees are not calculated prior to customs clearance in the country of destination and are additional to the price and cost of transportation that is charged at the time of shipment. Any customs duty and taxes that apply are the responsibility of the buyer.
The buyer can always schedule the collection of the merchandise with his own forwarder.
FREIGHT POLICY & DAMAGE CLAIMS
Title passes to the purchaser at the time the goods are picked up by the carrier in Portugal. All products are carefully packed and inspected prior to shipment.
The refusal of damaged merchandise in no way relieves the purchaser of responsibility for payment of goods. We are not responsible for loss or damage in transit.
Should visible or concealed damage occur in transit, immediately notify the delivering carrier with initial notification of intent to file a claim.
Please note: Failure to report concealed damage within fifteen days of receipt will result in the denial of your claim.
Any damage should also be communicated to CJC during the first 48 hours after receiving the order; photographic evidence of the damages should be sent via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
No returns will be accepted without written consent from CJC. Unauthorized returns will be refused at the customer’s expense.
